About Victoria:

Victoria Lauture Duncker is a multifaceted artist, storyteller, and advocate whose work spans various mediums and platforms. As the creator, producer, and host of the award-nominated New Mommy at 40 Podcast, she has carved out a safe and informative space for those of advanced maternal age who are navigating to and through parenthood. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from the University of Miami, Victoria is a professionally trained actor with over two decades of performance credits as a member of Actor's Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA.

Her Haitian heritage and family of distinguished storytellers have instilled in her a deep appreciation for the power of narratives to empower and connect. Her journey has been marked by resilience and a determination to thrive in the face of adversity and trauma. She is committed to helping others break the shackles of victimhood, finding power in their own life experiences and voices.  

A sought-after keynote speaker, Victoria shares her personal story with candor, passion, and a touch of humor, resonating with audiences of all ages. As a mother, she is transparent about her challenges with fibroids, PCOS, secondary infertility and IVF, while advocating for black maternal health awareness in the United States.
